It is usually necessary to consider factors such as water and oxygen sensitivity, minimum ignition energy, particle size distribution, processing capacity, process temperature, dust emission, and upstream and downstream equipment interfaces for selection.
The target water and oxygen level of the purification system needs to be confirmed based on material sensitivity, process load and configuration plan; if a lower control target is required, the test conditions, sealing and maintenance requirements should also be confirmed.
Some metals, rare earths and ultra-fine powders have the risk of explosion. Ordinary inert atmosphere glove boxes are not equivalent to explosion-proof equipment. Measures such as negative pressure, inerting, static elimination, filtration, pressure relief and explosion-proof electrical should be determined based on the material MSDS, risk assessment and local regulations.
Yes. For samples that are air-sensitive or require inert protection, appropriate glove box-specific grinding equipment can be selected after evaluating the glove box space, power supply, heat dissipation, vibration, material transfer, and safety boundaries.

It is recommended to develop a preventive maintenance plan based on differential pressure, particle monitoring and maintenance records.
